You can get access to these amazing early-bird benefits by becoming a member and completing your Exhibit Space Application by September 30, 2020! To receive more information on becoming an SFPA member, indicate your interest in membership on the Exhibit Space Application Request form.

How is exhibit space assigned? 

EXPO uses a points-based policy to assign exhibit space.

Priority Assignment – SFPA member companies with the highest points have the first option to select their exhibit space location, followed by non-member companies who exhibited at EXPO 2019.  Priority assignment ends September 30, 2020.

Open Assignment – Open assignment begins October 1, 2020 and is on a first-come / first-served basis.

A 50% deposit is required with the complete Exhibit Space Application before any booth is location is assigned and confirmed. If paying by check, booth space will not be assigned until payment is received. 

Once you complete the Exhibit Space Application Request form, you will receive your formal Exhibit Space Application via email within 1-2 business days.

The floor plan is live and updates will be made as booths are assigned.
