This three-hour session addresses strategy, assets and execution in the context of the current economy and a future rebound.

What are the considerations for project types in a difficult market?

Can you identify areas of opportunity in your lumber operation?

Does your organization understand competitive and market dynamics?  What is the importance of capital projects?
Can you deliver your projects on time and on budget? Can you sustain a culture of performance improvement?
Will your organization be into the right products and markets?  Can you “close the execution gap”?
What’s your five-year capital plan?
